More About Me

Real estate and building have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I was born and raised in Burbank and, with the exception of three years in Chicago and five years in Philadelphia, I’ve spent my life living and working across the Los Angeles area, from Playa del Rey and Glendale to the West Valley, where I now call Woodland Hills home.

I’ve been a licensed real estate Broker since 1981 and have spent many years buying, selling, and remodeling my own properties. For 32 years, I also owned and operated a general contracting business, building homes along the beaches of Malibu and remodeling shopping centers in Marina del Rey and Burbank. This background gives me a unique perspective in real estate. I don’t just see a house; I see construction quality, potential, and real value.

One of my greatest passions is remodeling, and the same attention to detail I bring to my own properties carries over to how I serve my clients.

Beyond real estate, I’m a licensed 200 ton captain with over 30 years on the water. I’ve run sailboat charters on Lake Michigan, remain an avid sailor, enjoy snow skiing, and have a lifelong passion for sports cars. My approach is straightforward, knowledgeable, and client focused, grounded in experience and a deep appreciation for the Southern California lifestyle.
